I just want to say how pleased my wife and I are with our recent experience with Berk's Furniture and Mattress. On January 17th we purchased 2 Queen size beds and the delivery was completed yesterday. Helen was our salesperson and was a pleasure to work with on guiding us through the purchase. Tyler and David delivered the beds yesterday and set them up for us. They were both pleasant young men and very courteous and efficient. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

This was our first time shopping at Berks and Tracey made it a fantastic experience for us! They are not pushy AT ALL and are there to answer all your questions. We found a beautiful couch and although we weren’t ready to purchase then, Tracey took down all our information so that when we were ready, it took literal seconds to purchase and schedule delivery. Couch came in less than a week and was just as we had imagined! Great experience start to finish.

Bautiful selection displayed in the store, Tracy, our sales consultant, was excellent to work with and helped us decide on a stunning couch and table grouping for our home plus a lovely framed painting that makes a beautiful accent. We received delivery and set up of these items a few days later from two careful, extremely competent delivery people who were focused on overall excellence. We highly recommend Berk’s!
